j444 Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the j444 platform, accessible at j444.vin. j444 is an online betting and gaming platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting — with a particular focus on cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 Internationals — alongside live casino games, slots, fish games and esports markets.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on j444, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, fish games, the j444 mobile app, promotional offers, and all financial transactions conducted through the platform in PKR.

j444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and j444.

2. Eligibility

To register and use j444, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j444 is strictly an adult platform. No exceptions are made to the minimum age requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of j444 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not have had a j444 account previously closed for breach of these Terms.

j444 may request proof of age or identity at any stage. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, j444 reserves the right to restrict or close the account and return any uncontested funds to the deposit source. Any winnings generated while an account is unverified may be withheld pending the completion of identity checks.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on j444. Creating multiple accounts — using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, j444 will merge them or close the duplicates, and any bonus funds associated with the duplicate accounts will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must keep your registration details current. If your contact details change, update them through your account settings promptly. j444 cannot be held responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j444 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. j444 staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact j444 support immediately. j444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

j444 reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if there is reason to believe account security has been compromised.

Account Verification

j444 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Verification may include submission of a valid national identity document, proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j444 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. j444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Using a payment method registered in another person's name — even a family member's — may result in your deposit being declined and your account being suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction in the Cashier section. Deposits are generally credited to your j444 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. j444 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but j444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.

j444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown in the Cashier section.

5. Betting Rules

j444 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including cricket (PSL, T20 Internationals, ODI and Test matches), football, esports and other international sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on j444:

• All bets must be placed through the j444 platform while your account is in good standing and your balance is sufficient to cover the stake.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless j444 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for the relevant market at the relevant time.
• j444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were offered in error — for example, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, j444's settlement rules for that specific sport and market type will apply. Settlement rules are available within the relevant sports section of the platform.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play / live betting) are subject to live betting rules, which may differ from pre-match rules. Odds available at the moment the bet is accepted apply, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betslip before confirmation.

j444 reserves the right to limit the size of bets placed by any individual account at its discretion, particularly where patterns consistent with professional or sharp betting are identified. This is applied as a risk management measure and is not a punitive action.

6. Casino & Games

j444 offers a range of casino products including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) and fish games. The following general rules apply across all casino and game products:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing conducted under studio conditions.
• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes regarding individual game rounds must be raised with j444 support within 72 hours of the relevant session.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Fish games are subject to their own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game environment. Players should familiarise themselves with fish game mechanics before wagering real PKR.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session — including disconnections, software errors or game freezes — j444 will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If the game state cannot be reliably determined, the relevant round stake may be refunded.
• Attempting to exploit game mechanics, use automated software or scripts, or take advantage of perceived software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

j444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, qualifying games or markets, and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions and are communicated at the point of offer.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• j444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under that promotion is honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j444. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or having any involvement in attempts to fix the result of an event.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using proxy registrations or exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider while retaining platform winnings. j444 will treat unresolved chargebacks as a debt owed to the platform.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, arbitrage tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Account sharing or selling: Allowing a third party to access or operate your account, or transferring account ownership to another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

j444 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behaviour towards support staff or other players, or the discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the applicable review period. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, j444 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Players who wish to self-exclude or close their own account for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account settings or by contacting j444 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be closed to new deposits and bets immediately upon confirmation.

10. Limitation of Liability

j444 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service availability, j444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, third-party payment provider delays or internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

j444 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, missed betting opportunities due to platform unavailability, or losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits j444's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. j444's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

j444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on j444, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and communicate with you about your account and relevant offers.
